The Endeavour Fund, created by the Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry is independently managed by an Advisory Board comprising of alumni of past endeavours and representatives of organisations including Walking With The Wounded, Row2Recovery, Battle Back (Help for Heroes) and the Foundation.

The establishment of the Endeavour Fund follows on from the Foundation’s earlier grant to Walking With The Wounded for extra capacity for its future development.

There is a real feel good factor about sponsoring this campaign and the fact that participants will pass a number of Robinsons pub en route and hopefully pop in to enjoy the hospitality they offer at the same time really hits the spot.”

The Lees-Jones family are the owners of JW Lees which comprises JW Lees Brewery, JW Lees Pubs, The Alderley Edge Hotel, The Trearddur Bay Hotel and Willoughby’s Wine Merchants. JW Lees is a sixth-generation family business which employs just over 1,100 people, 150 at the brewery and site in Middleton Junction in North Manchester and 950+ in its 35 managed pubs, as well as letting a further 130 tied pubs to self-employed tenants. The Lees-Jones family have long-standing connections with North Wales, especially Anglesey, and we hope to help the Walk on Wales to achieve its target of raising £1 million.

Its award winning garden with stunning great glasshouse, the heritage parkland estate and all-year calendar of events is the perfect place for everyone to enjoy and cultivate their sense of well-being. The Garden is pleased to be supporting and promoting Walk on Wales.
